AC Repair in Guam

If your air conditioner blows warm air, leaks water indoors, or shuts off before the room cools, a diagnostic visit is a good place to start. AEL&L has served homes and businesses across Guam since 2019. We diagnose and repair mini-split, cassette and central AC systems.

What happens during a diagnostic visit?

Tell us when the problem started and whether it affects one unit or several. Your technician checks the parts of the system most likely to explain the symptoms, including airflow, drainage, controls and electrical connections. If the system appears low on refrigerant, we investigate the cause before recommending a recharge.

Diagnostic pricing and repair approval

Diagnosis is $40 for a wall-mounted unit and $60 for a ceiling-ducted or central AC system. Your technician explains the findings and the cost of any recommended parts or repairs before you decide how to proceed. Your service manager confirms the appointment and can help with follow-up questions.
