This policy applies to air conditioners sold and installed by AEL&L LLC on Guam.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. After you sign your quote and make payment, we purchase the selected air conditioner for your installation. Final-sale terms remain subject to any cancellation, warranty, refund, or other rights required by applicable law.

Orders and Cancellations

No payment is collected when you place an order on our website. Our service manager will contact you to schedule a site visit, confirm your installation requirements, finalize your quote, and arrange payment and installation. See Ordering & Payment.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Where the FTC Cooling-Off Rule applies to a sale completed at your home, you have the right to cancel without penalty by midnight of the third business day after the transaction. You can submit a written cancellation notice using the mailing address or email below. This website policy does not replace any cancellation notice or form required by law.

One-Year Limited Warranty

We provide a one-year limited warranty covering parts and labor for air conditioners we supply and install. If your air conditioner is not working properly, contact AEL&L to schedule an inspection and warranty service.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by insects or lizards, high or low voltage, third parties, or misuse. These exclusions apply only to damage caused by the circumstances listed above and do not affect coverage for unrelated defects.

Warranty Claims and Your Rights

Warranty claims are handled separately from change-of-mind returns. We will assess the issue and arrange the applicable warranty remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including any required repair, replacement, cancellation, or refund for defective products or failure to provide the agreed goods or services. Any refund required by law will be handled within the applicable legal deadline.
