Last updated: October 8, 2026

AEL&L LLC provides air conditioning services in Guam. This policy explains how we handle personal information received through aellco.com, service requests, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and communications with our team.

Information we receive

Depending on how you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, village or service address, appointment preferences, and information about your air conditioner or requested service. We also receive the messages, photos, and other details you choose to send us, and keep records relating to estimates, appointments, and completed work.

Our website and its service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and pages requested. Cookies or similar technology may be used to support website functions and security.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss service options and prices, prepare estimates, arrange and carry out service visits, communicate about your request, maintain business records, and operate and protect our website and services.

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the information you submit is made available to AEL&L so our team can follow up about the service you requested. We may contact you by phone or through the contact channel you provide or use. Submitting a request does not by itself confirm an appointment or commit you to a purchase.

When information is shared

Information relevant to your request may be accessed by our service manager, technicians, and other team members who handle inquiries and service work. Providers supporting our website, hosting, communications, and business administration may also process information as part of those services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or legal rights.

Third-party services

Facebook, Instagram, messaging platforms, and external features such as maps operate under their own privacy policies. Information you provide through those services may also be processed by the relevant provider. Links to external websites and social media accounts are subject to the policies of those websites and platforms.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal requirements. Please provide only the information needed for your service request, and do not send passwords, government identification numbers, or payment card details through a lead form or chat.

You can ask us to correct your contact details, stop following up on an inquiry, or review a request to access or delete information about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping purposes. Contact us using the details below; we may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
