AC Cleaning in Guam

AEL&L cleans and maintains air conditioners in homes and businesses across Guam. Dust and moisture can build up on the coils, fan and drain, restricting airflow or causing odors. On a wall-mounted mini-split, we clean the indoor unit in place, with the refrigerant lines connected.

What is included?

We fit a wash cover to catch runoff, remove accessible covers and filters, and clean the indoor coil and fan as the model and access allow.
We clean the accessible outdoor unit and check the condensate drain.
After reassembly, your technician runs the AC, checks airflow and drainage, and tells you if anything needs a separate diagnostic visit.
